Happy Holidays!

HSA-Garland would like to wish all of our families a  Happy Holiday.  This is a time we can spend with families and friends.  We look forward to seeing everyone back on Tuesday, January 6th!

All students should have brought home the new dismissal plan that will begin on Tuesday, January 6th.  Dismissal will be the same as drop off for 3rd-5th and siblings for traffic flow.  For the K-2nd dismissal it will remain the same.  If you are in need of a new map you may obtain one from the front lobby.

Tutoring will begin on January 6th.  We will restart Saturday tutorials on January 10th.  Please make sure to send you students to tutoring.  This is a time where they can get help in a smaller group setting and for 3rd-5th students this is a time to help them prepare for STAAR.

2nd Quarter Award Ceremony!

We will have our second quarter award ceremony on Friday, January 9th.  We will have K-2nd from 8:30-9:30 am. and 3rd-5th from 9:45-10:45 am.  Awards will be given for all A's or A/B for second quarter, PRS, and AR.  All parents are welcomed.

Clubs will begin on Tuesday, January 13th.  New club forms will be sent home on Wednesday, January 7th for the new semester.  The cost of clubs will remain the same as $25.00 for the first club and $20.00 for each club after.  Please make sure the club form is turned into the front office by Friday, January 9th.

Re-enrollment for the 2015/2016 school year will begin on Tuesday, January 6th.  Re-enrollment can be done two ways this year by either using the Harmony Parent Portal App. Or by filling out the re-enrollment and turning it into the front office.  Re-enrollment forms will be sent home on Tuesday, January 6th in both English and Spanish.  All applications either through the portal or by paper need to be turned in by January 31st or your child will need to go back into the lottery for next school year.  We will have forms in the front lobby if you misplace yours.  We look forward to seeing everyone return for next school year!
